I'm on time!!!
Right time, Right day, it's This month's photo!
The theme today is degrees, lots of double meanings, possibly more in French than in English.
My photo is actually a mix of my idea and R's photo (I haven't made it back home yet).
I could leave it to you to figure out what it is, where it is but it could take a long time...
So, here is the photo and the explanation is below!
Location: Changi airport, Singapore
Story: Since the first day I have arrived in Singapore, I have been very impressed that every gate has its exact coordinates written below the gate number.
B2
N 1'
E 103'
That's the reason why I know that Singapore is in the Northern hemisphere!
Photo: R took the photo on his trip back post Christmas, as he arrived very early in the morning, it was still dark and it created a weird photo with lots of reflection, people, TV screens, a van, lots of lights, but somehow degrees take the centre stage!

Good travel !
ReplyDeleteWith google translation I have understood the explanation of this photo. It's the outside what it's important about the degree of looking in the stage ?
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty original to have the gate coordinates written directly on them :D
ReplyDeleteTrès intéressant et jolie photo, merci.
ReplyDeleteSuper ta photo les reflets etc ... bravo !
ReplyDeleteGreat shot! It does show movement and, somehow, that it's early morning (or in the middle of the night). :)
ReplyDeleteWhy do they do this? I mean, is it just for fun or is there a reason why people need to have this information about every single gate? It's so odd :)
ReplyDeleteTo answer Dr CaSo's question, I'm really not sure why they do that...
ReplyDeleteAnd even google does not seem to have any answer to this question!
I like this picture, it's weird but beautiful !
Hi! Hi! Hi! Je suis comme Lavandine!
